Isabelle Strom began riding at an early age and began competing immediately. While her early success as a Junior rider came aboard Esteve, Isabelle currently has four horses in her string. In addition to improving on her third place finish in 2003 by being the runner-up riding Iverdie at the 2004 Junior Championships Regional Finals held at Fontainebleau, Isabelle also enjoyed three victories in speed classes riding Jean Fontaine and Iris.
Her family, including her sister, Ingrid, and her brother, Robert, are very supportive of her riding career. While she spends most of her weekends at horse shows, Isabelle also enjoys skiing, swimming, and going out with her friends. A high school student, Isabelle is fluent in English and also has a working knowledge of Spanish.
