Why "Jump for a JustWorld"?
"Two of my friends who are also JustWorld Rider Ambassadors, Natalie Johnson and Jessica Speiser, visiting the project sites in Honduras and told me many stories from their visit. After hearing them, I decided that I wanted to help these children and make a difference in their lives.
"My horse show winnings can provide food and clothing for these children for an entire year," says Annabel, who has pledged 100% of her prize money earnings to JustWorld International. "I feel that this program will allow me to better understand what really goes on in the Third World, and will allow me to connect my riding with helping children. Bottom line, my motivation for joining the JustWorld team is to help these children and hope that the money I send them can steer them in the right direction."
Annabel is a junior high school student at Episcopal Academy in Pennsylvania. Her family, including her brother, Trey, and sister, Amelia, are very supportive of her riding career. Her mother, Sharon, competes alongside Annabel in the Adult Hunter division.
