BIOGRAPHY

As a competitor, Andres's talent was recognized early on when he won the 1996 FEI Children's Final, a competition for children around the world aged 12-14. He went on to enjoy success as a junior, earning the Silver Medal in the 2001 South American Junior Championships.

From 2002 until 2006, Andres trained with Nelson and Rodrigo Pessoa who are based in Belgium, an opportunity that allowed him to compete throughout Europe. At the 2005 Bolivarian Games held in Bogota, Colombia, Andres was a member of the Silver Medal Team and also finished eighth overall. In 2006, he started the season off strong with a second-place finish in the $25,000 Littlewood Grand Prix held in Wellington, Florida. It was the first Grand Prix event for Go d'Helby, a chestnut selle francais gelding that he owned in partnership with well-known horseman and JustWorld International Advisory Board member, Nelson Pessoa.

Andres Rodriguez is the first JustWorld International Rider Ambassador to represent Venezuela.
