2002 GRAND PRIX VILLAGE - Gene Mische purchased the exclusive barns-only community located next to the Winter Equestrian Festival show grounds in and has since sold two- and three-acre parcels on which new owners have built fabulous equestrian facilities.

2002 NATIONS' CUP OUTDOORS - Stadium Jumping, Inc. produced the first outdoor Nations' Cup in the United States. The US is allowed only one Nations' Cup per year, and the Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club show grounds was selected to be the venue. In 2004, SJI will produce its third Nations' Cup in Wellington.

2002 NATIONAL HORSE SHOW - The 119th National Horse Show moved from Madison Square Garden in New York City to the Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club show grounds in Wellington, FL.

2003 COMMERCIAL SPACE - Stadium Jumping, Inc. purchased a 10-acre parcel at South Shore Boulevard and Pierson Road in Wellington and is currently constructing a new commercial space adjacent to the Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club show grounds.
